Strength Sisters 101
After years of trying to help women in different fitness groups, only to see our comments fade, we created our own group with the intentions to provide useful content and prevent the widespread misinformation that is prevalent in other fitness based groups.
Here at Strength Sisters 101, we aren’t regular coaches; we don’t simply give you templates or instructions like you’re a robot. Instead, we show you practical ways to weave healthy habits into your life and guide you every step of the way, through life’s unending labyrinth of challenges that tend to interfere with consistency and progress. We provide you with the support you need to follow through so you can learn with us how to walk on your own.

Tanye has earned the respect of the powerlifting world by being an impressive world champion powerlifter holding multiple records who has improved her body composition while increasing her strength, she is a master at tackling setbacks and coming back even stronger, and she continues to do so by consistently working on her own journey. She possesses the knowledge, tenacity, and personal experience to draw from and is soon to become a USPA certified PL coach, not to mention, she is an inspiration to us all.
Mariana
Mariana has so many certifications from Precision Nutrition to ISSA, but they don’t hold a candle to the intuitive way she programs nutrition and training for her many clients both online and on the gym floor. She has also learned from working under Registered Dietitians’ mentorship and by studying nutrition science at Buenos Aires University. She loves reading research as well as consistently learning to improve her skills. She is known for asking multiple questions to make sure she has a thorough understanding, looking at the big picture and thoroughly addressing the needs of her clients, getting them on track quickly and with ease.

Stephanie holds an Individual Conditioning Coach personal training certificate from YMCA Canada, M2 Certified Kettlebell Coach and is currently finishing her CPU Powerlifting Instructor certification among others. Her training specialties include coaching small groups & individuals to balance life & foster self care habits, utilizing body positivity & healthy lifestyle management strategies. As well as conditioning & resistance training instruction, she focuses on proper mechanics & sound programming allowing for safe & optimal progress of her clients. She believes strongly in creating habits to solidify long term results like the ones she has realized for herself.
